What you will do
Our client collaborates on business intelligence information products in multiple agile teams. As a Scrum Master, you have an important role within an agile team. We are looking for someone who shows initiative and likes the challenge of working in a dynamic environment.
In this position, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Enabling teams to do the work by facilitating the proper application of an agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe and others) while actively driving self-organization;
- Organizing and facilitating Scrum events;
- Removing barriers among teams;
- Coaching the teams and individuals on the agile mindset and collaboration;
- Securing the connection between the teams themselves and in relation to the organization;
- Collaborate with the other Scrum Master and Product Owners to bring the entire department to the same level;
- Support the Product Owner in ordering and prioritizing the product backlog and facilitate in stakeholder management;
- Assist in (preparing) Quarterly Planning (PI).

You are qualified for the position if:
- You have at least a college level of work and thinking;
- You have extensive and demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach in the BI field;
- You have extensive experience in training and coaching people and teams in an ever-changing environment;
- You have a focus on collaboration and results orientation;
- You are able to create movement at different levels within the organization;
- You are entrepreneurial, take responsibility and show initiative;
- You have Continuous improvement in your DNA and coach the teams accordingly;
- You have strong communication skills and can manage in a complex and political organization.
