About the position

As Customer Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure that they use the software solution optimally. You will guide them during the implementation process, provide training, offer support and proactively maintain the relationship.

You visit customers on site, provide clear instructions and training, and make sure you know exactly what’s going on. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from various departments to provide customers with the best possible experience during and after implementation.


Your duties

  • Assist customers in implementing and using the software;
  • Giving trainings and presentations, both online and on-site;
  • Proactively maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities;
  • Interact with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively;
  • Collaborate on improvements in processes and services.

What do you bring?

  • HBO or WO working and thinking level;
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience;
  • Commercial attitude and customer-oriented approach;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
