What will you do?
As a Software Engineer, you work on unique software solutions for customer-specific machines and complete process plants. You are involved in the process from the start: from design to implementation and service.
Your duties in a nutshell:
- Design, programming and maintenance of PLC and SCADA software (primarily Siemens)
- Preparation of functional designs (FDS)
- Testing of software and commissioning on location (both in the Netherlands and internationally)
- Perform remote support and failure analysis
- Thinking along about optimizations and future innovations
You will work on projects that are literally in motion – think smart installations for the food, recycling or mechanical engineering sectors.
You bring
- A mbo or college degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Control Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Software Engineer or similar position
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC and SCADA (experience with MS SQL or higher programming languages? Bonus!)
- You know the standards and guidelines in industrial automation
- You are independent, precise, analytical and communicative
- You speak good Dutch and English – do you also speak German? Then you have an edge
