From Iduet we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Engineer who gets energy from improving, structuring and future-proofing organizations. Your impact In this role, you are at the center of the organization. You interact directly with management and translate strategic issues into smart, workable process solutions. You not only ensure that plans are devised, but above all that they are successfully implemented and secured.

Specifically, what will you do?
– You analyze and optimize business processes
– You translate business needs into concrete and feasible solutions
– You prepare business cases and impact analyses
– You lead and supervise implementations of new processes and systems
– You play a key role in digital transformation processes
– You will directly contribute to improvements in planning, logistics and cost control, among others
You will work in a small, decisive team where your input is immediately visible and you will be given a lot of responsibility.
This role suits you if you:
– Have at least 5 years of experience in process optimization or a similar senior role
– Strong in analyzing and realizing (you don’t get stuck in plans)
– Have experience within a technical and/or international environment
– Be familiar with systems such as ERP, PDM or CRM
– Be communicatively strong and easily interact with different stakeholders
– Takes ownership and knows how to manage projects pragmatically
In addition, do you have a financial background? Then that’s a nice plus.
