Your duties and responsibilities:
As Product Owner, you act as the connecting link between customer needs and technical realization. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing a clear product vision and strategy that perfectly aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure rapid delivery of the most valuable features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams, testers and architects to ensure clear product requirements and a smooth development process.
- Planning product releases and monitoring quality through continuous monitoring and testing.
- Coaching team members and improving their skills.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with HBO/WO working and thinking level and at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile IT environment. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar software is required. You are customer and solution oriented and have the ability to perform in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
You bring:
- HBO/WO working and thinking level
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile IT environment
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar software
