The role
For a leading player in the world of IT security, we are looking for an experienced Team Manager IT who knows how to strengthen the back office team both operationally and substantively. You will join an organization that is fully dedicated to securing government agencies, where compliance, continuity and reliability are of paramount importance.
As team manager, you will lead a team of professionals that provides administrative and process support to the technical departments. Think of license management, documentation, contract registration and reporting. You ensure that these processes run efficiently, that your team works well with the operational departments and that quality is guaranteed.
What will you do?
- You will manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10-15 employees within the back office.
- You optimize processes and introduce improvements where necessary.
- You monitor the execution of work within the agreed security and compliance frameworks.
- You will collaborate with other team managers and stakeholders within IT, operations and security.
- You will be responsible for team reporting and performance indicators.
- You coach your team members on results, collaboration and personal development.
Who are you?
- You have college or university level, for example in the direction of IT, business administration or information management.
- You have multiple years of leadership experience within an IT-driven environment.
- You have an affinity for IT security, ITIL processes and working within a high-security environment.
- You are process strong, communicative and focused on continuous improvement.
- You feel at home in a political-administrative context and know how to switch well within it.
- You stand firm and know how to bring structure to a dynamic playing field.

- An attractive salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month.
