For an innovative and knowledge-intensive organization in the Hilversum region, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys taking responsibility for a modern IT environment and playing an active role in further digitalization.
The organization has an entrepreneurial culture where initiative, cooperation and quality are key. You will work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and directly influence the further development of the IT function.
The function
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT environment and act as a point of contact for users, management and external vendors.
You will combine operational management with initiating improvements and actively think about future IT developments, automation and innovative applications such as AI.
Work
Daily IT responsibility
- Management of Microsoft 365 environment
- Coordinating external IT partners
- User support and workplace management
- Device management and lifecycle management
- Documenting processes and procedures
Improvement & Innovation
- Identifying optimization opportunities
- Implement new tools and practices
- Support digitization projects
- Advising management on IT issues.
Security & Governance
- Support security policies
- Increasing security awareness
- Supervise audits and compliance activities
- Coordinating incidents and improvement actions
What do you bring?
- HBO working and thinking level
- At least 4 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud solutions and networking
- Knowledge of IT security and governance
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
