As an IT Specialist at our client, you’ll work with a mix of technology and strategy, both under the hood (management, configuration, data analysis, data engineering) and above the hood (consulting, optimization, sparring with business and vendors). You will have the space to unravel complexity, deploy data smarter and future-proof systems.
🔹 Work with key systems such as Exact (finance), Dynamics CRM (customers) and Microsoft SQL (SSIS, SSRS)
🔹 Unbundle and structure data for more efficient processes and better reporting
🔹 Optimize workflows and make the bridge between business and IT
🔹 Interact with the IT organization, cloud platform and external partners

Your responsibilities:
- Management and optimization of applications such as Exact, Dynamics CRM and reporting tools.
- Data and process optimization: structuring and automating reports (SSIS, SSRS).
- Coordinate system updates and implement enhancements.
- Questioning colleagues and translating their needs into smart IT solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and the ICT organization to future-proof systems.
Who are you?
- You have HBO working and thinking level and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are analytically strong, structured and think in solutions.
- Experience with Exact, Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SQL (SSIS, SSRS) is a big plus.
- You like a broad role where you switch between IT, business and data.
- You enjoy working in a small team, but have the skills and independence of a consultant.

- Salary between €4,600 and €7,100 gross per month (depending on experience).
- 1 month of days off and the ability to purchase additional days.
