As Manager IT you ensure that our modern workplace, infrastructure and generic IT services are reliable, secure and future-proof. You are the tactical link between our control organization, suppliers and the business, and you monitor the quality of service. You work closely with the architect, compliance officer, functional administrators, key users and – in time – manager Legal Tech & AI.
Your duties:
Direction & supplier management (SIAM).
You will manage the SPOC and vendors, lead tactical consultations and monitor service quality, architecture and security frameworks.
Service & quality management
You will coordinate incident, change and problem management and identify improvement opportunities in reports and trends.
Functional management & development
You take tactical ownership of M365, modern workplace and integrations and secure quality, acceptance and continued development.
Demand & portfolio management
You translate needs from the organization into changes, monitor priorities and ensure that the SPOC delivers within agreements made.
Contract, license & cost management
You keep an overview of costs and contracts and advise on optimizations and lifecycle decisions.
Knowledge & adoption promotion
You ensure clear communication, documentation and instructions so that colleagues make the best use of the modern workplace.
Hands-on IT tasks (approximately 5-10%).
Where necessary, coordinate or pick up light internal IT work (such as physical access management, AV facilities, workstation setup).

You are / have:
A tactical IT director with an HBO working and thinking level
3-5 years working in IT service management, functional management or directional management
Experienced with supplier and contract management
Well versed in modern workstations, M365, networking, infrastructure and security
Analytical, structured, decisive and communication skills
Knowledge of ITIL, Azure/Entra ID or compliance and risk management is a plus
