The Function: ICT Specialist
As an ICT Specialist, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT environment within the organization. You ensure that applications, systems and integrations function smoothly and contribute to digital innovation.
Your responsibilities:
- Application Management & IT Support: Monitor the performance and availability of various systems, including ERP (Exact Globe), WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
- Project leadership & innovation: Implementing IT transitions and digital optimizations.
- Analysis & Troubleshooting: Hands-on failure analysis, resolution or escalation to vendors.
- Strategic consulting & implementation: Advising on new software, outsourcing and process optimization.
- IT Architecture & Documentation: Establish and maintain sound IT structure and system integrations.
- Supplier Management & Budget Monitoring: Negotiate with suppliers and manage IT costs.
Your Profile
- HBO/WO working and thinking level, with experience in application management & IT processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Exact Globe) and integrations with WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience within a product-driven or logistics organization is a strong plus.
- Strategic and analytical strong, but also hands-on and practical.
- Communication skills, proactive, independent and a true team player.
- Experience in project-based work and leading IT implementations.
