Digital Business Process Owner (32-40 hours)

Who are we looking for?
Someone who is energized by structure, clarity and improvement. A self-starter who makes processes smarter and makes systems work for the business. In this you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external ERP partner and web agency.
What will you do?
- Manage and optimize technical links between Exact ERP, WordPress, Zoho CRM & Analytics and Payt, among others;
- Realize and improve API integrations between ERP, CMS and external platforms;
- Further develop our headless CMS architecture (N8N and Directus);
- Participate in the development of a modern, data-driven website architecture.
- Monitor and optimize data streams for reliable reporting and processes;
- Identify digitization opportunities and contribute to the digital roadmap.
- Assist in designing dashboards and data analysis
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI tools to make processes within marketing, sales, operations and customer service smarter, more efficient and customer-centric.
- Advise on technical choices in IT projects and new software selections.
- (Pre) Perform business analysis to translate requirements from the organization into concrete solutions.

What are you taking with you?
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a background in ICT, information management or digital media.
- Experience with system integration, APIs and workflow automation tools.
- Affinity with, or experience in, data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems such as Exact, Zoho, WordPress, EDI systems and/or analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience with system architecture
- Experience with API integrations
- Knowledge of data modeling and BI tooling
- Experience with business process automation
