About the organization
For an international organization with a strong focus on information security and compliance, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager. You will be working in a mature IT environment with complex issues at the intersection of operations, risk management and strategic security policies.
About the position
As Cyber Security Manager, you will lead the security operations team and manage an external SOX compliance team (5-6 fte). You will ensure a structured and pragmatic approach to incident response and be the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the entire SOX team and monitoring supplier quality.
- Translating current security trends into a realistic and executable cybersecurity plan.
- Monitoring a business, risk-driven approach where “minimum viable security” is leading.
- Maintaining calm in hectic situations: you know when to act and when not to act.
Who are we looking for?
You are a solid interlocutor with demonstrable experience in cybersecurity operations. You know how to translate risks into clear actions and understand how to set up security within a dynamic organization.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience within security operations, risk management and incident response.
- In-depth knowledge of SOC, threat detection and frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Experience in driving suppliers and managing stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CCSP are a plus.
- A pragmatic attitude with an eye for both safety and workability.

- Salary indication: €90,000 – €120,000 gross per year
- 13th month
