About the position
Our client is an international commercial organization that is in an important phase of digital and operational innovation. To accelerate this development, we are looking for an AI Transformation Specialist to identify and realize opportunities in artificial intelligence, automation and process optimization.
In this role, the emphasis is not on developing AI models, but on the practical application of existing AI technologies to make business processes smarter, more efficient and scalable. You will act as a bridge between business and technology and help the organization successfully implement AI solutions.
Responsibilities
AI & Automation
- Identify opportunities for automation within commercial and operational processes.
- Develop and implement AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and RPA platforms.
- Testing and optimizing new workflows and automations.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing ERP, CRM and other business systems.
Process Improvement
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate operational challenges into concrete AI and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain.
Project Management
- Lead AI and digitization projects from idea to implementation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Preparation of project plans, business cases and ROI analyses.
- Report progress and results to management and board.
Change Management
- Guide employees in the adoption of new technologies.
- Develop and provide training and workshops.
- Create support for innovation and process change.
- Support teams during implementations.
Data & Insights
- Develop dashboards and management reports in Power BI.
- Monitor data quality and process integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and data specialists on governance and integrations.
Your profile
Required experience
- Minimum of several years of experience in an operational, commercial or process-oriented position.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in process optimization, digitization or business transformation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with CRM and ERP environments.
- Demonstrated experience supervising projects or improvement initiatives.

Pre

- Experience in an international or multicultural work environment.
