Iduet Secondment

In IT Secondment, a professional is deployed for a longer period of time through a secondment contract.
Secondment focuses on capacity replacement and structural support, for example to strengthen teams during long-term projects or temporary understaffing.

The focus is on operational continuity rather than end responsibility.
The professional remains employed by the seconding provider, but is fully part of the client’s team.

When to choose IT Secondment: When temporary reinforcement is needed within an existing team, for example in the case of growth, illness, leave of absence or long-term projects.
