About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the European marketing organization of our client. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic international team and act as a key link between data, marketing, and decision-making.
The organization has recently transitioned to a centralized European data model to increase agility and drive innovation. As a Data Analyst, you will contribute significantly to this digital transformation by ensuring analytical insights are actively used to inform business decisions.
You will combine deep analytical expertise with hands-on data engineering, working closely with digital marketing, data architecture, and technical stakeholders. The ambition is to evolve towards a fully data-led digital marketing and communications strategy, with a strong focus on personalization and data-driven customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver analytical insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories for diverse stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Define and manage tagging governance and data specifications
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast outcomes
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and machine-learning solutions
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data environment
- Take ownership of the data platform and contribute to cloud-based data architecture
- Create dashboards and visualizations to enable data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data warehouse concepts
- Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, and statistical techniques
- Proven experience with A/B testing, personalization, and experiment design
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (preferably Tableau)
- Familiarity with enterprise digital analytics platforms
- Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in international, cross-functional environments
