About the organization

The organization is experiencing a robust growth phase and is fully committed to digitalizing processes — from production and logistics to data analysis and reporting. To further shape this development, we are looking for an IT Manager who provides direction, connects, and looks ahead.
The function
As an IT Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving the IT environment. You ensure that technology supports and accelerates the business — securely, efficiently, and future-proof.
You translate strategic goals into concrete IT projects, manage the internal IT team and external partners, and serve as a sparring partner for the executive board and management.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IT strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the IT team and coordinate external suppliers and partners.
- Manage and optimize the ERP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Ensure cybersecurity, data security, and system continuity.
- Initiate and manage improvement projects in the areas of digitalization and automation.
- Actively contribute to innovation and process optimization within the organization.
Who are you?
- An experienced IT professional with a clear vision on digitalization within production environments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership IT role within the manufacturing industry or food sector.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor).
- Knowledge of OT/IT integration, cloud (Azure), network infrastructures, and cybersecurity.
- Strong communication skills, ability to connect, and capable of translating strategy into practical implementation.
