The function<\/h2>\n\n

As IT Manager<\/strong>, you are responsible for managing, optimizing and future-proofing the IT organization. You translate the business strategy into a concrete IT policy and ensure a stable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure that supports the international operation. <\/p>\n\n

You play a key role in achieving a digitally agile organization in which systems, applications and processes seamlessly align with business objectives.<\/p>\n\n

IT strategy & policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  • Further develop and implement IT strategy in line with business objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Standardization and creation of added value within the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Leadership & organization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • Managing a team of IT professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Intensive collaboration with external IT partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Responsible for a service-oriented and proactive IT organization in international locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Cybersecurity & risk management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      • Ensuring a secure IT environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Protection of intellectual property and sensitive information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Increase cybersecurity awareness within the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Budget & performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        • Preparation and management of IT budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Monitor IT expenditures and project costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Responsible for cost-effective procurement of hardware, software and services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Continuous improvement & digitization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          • Spotting new IT opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Increase digital effectiveness within the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Optimizing processes (including supply chain related)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Your profile<\/h2>\n\n
              \n
            • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Demonstrated experience in leading IT teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience within an international manufacturing or supply chain environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Fluent in Dutch and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
