The organization develops an innovative SaaS platform that is now used by thousands of users both domestically and internationally. The technology forms the backbone of their success \u2014 but to scale further, there is a need for a <strong>visionary CTO<\/strong> who brings together technology, strategy, and growth.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This scale-up has an entrepreneurial culture: short lines of communication, a lot of responsibility, and room for initiative. You work with a motivated team of developers, product owners, and data specialists who enjoy building smart, scalable solutions with impact. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>As <strong>CTO<\/strong>, you are ultimately responsible for the <strong>technological direction, architecture, and innovation<\/strong> of the platform. You work closely with the CEO and the management team on the further growth and internationalization of the organization. <\/p>\n\n<p>You combine a <strong>strategic vision<\/strong> with a <strong>hands-on mentality<\/strong> \u2014 you can discuss long-term architecture while also understanding what is happening in the codebase.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing and executing the <strong>technological strategy<\/strong> in line with business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading, coaching, and expanding the <strong>tech team<\/strong> (developers, DevOps, QA, data).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring <strong>software architecture, security, performance, and scalability<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bringing in <strong>innovation and technological renewal<\/strong> (AI, data, integrations, automation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translating business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with investors, clients, and partners on strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a background as a <strong>Lead Developer, Head of Engineering, or CTO<\/strong> within a SaaS, data, or software scale-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with <strong>cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or GCP)<\/strong>, modern <strong>frontend\/backend frameworks<\/strong>, and <strong>API architecture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong in <strong>people leadership<\/strong> and building cohesive, high-performing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combines strategic insight with technical depth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurial, curious, and accustomed to working in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is Offered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A key role in the further growth of a fast-growing tech scale-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of room for personal initiative and technological innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct influence on product strategy and technical choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market-competitive salary, including stock option program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybrid work environment (Utrecht\/remote).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Iduet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Since 1997, Iduet has been a <strong>specialist in recruiting ICT professionals<\/strong>.
