We are looking for a connecting and proactive <strong>IT Lead<\/strong> who will ensure that everyone works flawlessly, that service is optimal and that the IT department becomes a true partner of the business. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No day is the same &#8211; but you can certainly expect this:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will coach and coordinate the IT team in the Netherlands and ensure proper staffing, planning and team spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together with your team, you will build a stable, secure and future-proof IT environment: from workstations to applications and from networks to servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are the point of contact for colleagues and management: you translate their needs into smart IT solutions and ensure that technical capabilities are optimally utilized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will organize daily IT support and ensure that incidents and failures are handled quickly, professionally and with clear feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will monitor standards, security and compliance (AVG) and ensure overview and transparency in the status of IT service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will lead improvement and innovation projects that strengthen the collaboration between business and IT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You liaise closely with suppliers and keep an eye on budget and IT inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>You are someone who understands technology and connects people. You get energy from improving processes and translating business questions into concrete IT solutions. Furthermore, you bring along:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A completed MBO4 or HBO education, preferably in ICT or business administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 5 years of experience within IT, some of which should be in a coordinating or leadership role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of networking, systems, hardware\/software and security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing and monitoring tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of both Dutch and English language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management experience (Prince2, Agile) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A challenging role in which you can really make a difference by bringing IT and business closer together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pleasant working atmosphere in an organization with short lines, transparency and room for your ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A salary between \u20ac4,475 and \u20ac5,780 gross per month, depending on experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An employment benefits package in accordance with collective bargaining agreement for professional freight transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A bicycle plan to be healthy and economical on the go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If you have any questions or would like to respond please contact Alex Damen.
