The Function: ICT Specialist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

As an ICT Specialist<\/strong>, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT environment<\/strong> within the organization. You ensure that applications, systems and integrations<\/strong> function smoothly and contribute to digital innovation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Application Management & IT Support:<\/strong> Monitor the performance and availability of various systems, including ERP (Exact Globe)<\/strong>, WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Project leadership & innovation:<\/strong> Implementing IT transitions and digital optimizations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analysis & Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Hands-on failure analysis, resolution or escalation to vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strategic consulting & implementation:<\/strong> Advising on new software, outsourcing and process optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • IT Architecture & Documentation:<\/strong> Establish and maintain sound IT structure and system integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supplier Management & Budget Monitoring:<\/strong> Negotiate with suppliers and manage IT costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Your Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • HBO\/WO working and thinking level<\/strong>, with experience in application management & IT processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with ERP systems<\/strong> (preferably Exact Globe) and integrations with WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience within a product-driven or logistics organization<\/strong> is a strong plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strategic and analytical strong, but also hands-on and practical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Communication skills, proactive, independent and a true team player<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in project-based work and leading IT implementations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
