- You will develop scalable, future-proof software in a modern environment (Kubernetes, Microservices, Azure).
- You set the technical direction and inspire the team to help build something great.
- You coach medior and junior engineers, not only on technique, but also on mindset.
- You think about architecture, processes and the way we work together.
- You work Agile/Scrum in multidisciplinary teams that do understand what collaboration means.
