Function

As a Functional Website / Mobile Manager, you are responsible for the management of the client’s website and mobile apps. You are the point of contact for all (configuration) changes and responsible for user support and incident handling. Depending on the nature of the question, you pick the task up yourself or you delegate it for which you have daily coordination with your team.

You also ensure that changes made by the supplier are tested and implemented successfully. For this, you actively involve the testers, so that they are involved in all changes that are made, executed and delivered. Finally,
you also ensure synchronization and communication of activities by
different suppliers when such a change affects multiple applications
simultaneously.

Requirements

Soft skills:

You are the kind of person who can quickly become famililar with a new and complex domain and through your communication you know how to convey knowledge well and clearly. In addition, you take ownership and you are able to set the priorities yourself and make the decision to execute a task or delegate. You like working in short sprints, within a progressing organization in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Functional Manager within a commercial online / e-commerce environment;
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in performing Functional Management (BISL)
  • Knowledge of IT processes and methodologies (ITIL)
  • Knowledge and experience with the Agile method
  • Demonstrable experience in managing both standard and customized applications;
  • Experience with different content management systems is an advantage;
  • Both
    in Dutch and English you have strong communication skills, so you can work
    well together within the team and with our partners in different
    countries.
